| Sherry Walsh Academy of Dance Arts has been training dancers in tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, acro, and pointe for over 28 years. In 2008, we formed a new affiliation with the Vaughan, Ontario - based Rugcutterz Danz Artz, which allows us to enhance our strong competitive program and expand our studio to include a recreational dance program.
Our extensive dance program offering includes competitive and recreational classes in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Acro, Ballroom, Adult Jazz, Pilates and Rock-a-babies. Plus Rugcutterz offers B.A.T.D. Examinations and a top-notch Summer Dance Intensive Workshop.
From an artistic standpoint, every performance is a self-portrait of the individual. Many times the difference between failure and success is doing something nearly right, or doing it exactly right. "Quality" is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution.
